Are there any natural alternatives to breast augmentation?

Is there a non-surgical alternative to breast augmentation?

There are non-surgical alternatives to breast augmentation, but they rarely afford more than a very modest enhancement.

One option is fat transfer whereby your body fat is harvested from another part of the body, usually through liposuction, and then injected into the breasts to enlarge it. This is your own tissue so you should not experience a reaction to the fat tissue, but long-term studies of fat transfer safety are not yet available and this should be approached with caution.

For a short period of time, it was possible to have a breast enhancement procedure using temporary hyaluronic acid fillers, similar to those that are injected into the face. However, there were worries that it could possible affect mammograms to detect breast cancer so these fillers were banned until more long-term testing was done.
